Senior Android Developer

About the role:

We are developing a digital health RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) system and looking for an experienced and passionate Android developer to join our team and help take it to the next level!

Responsibilities:

Lead features "end to end" from product requirements through live tests in production
Contribute to the design, architecture, and development in the fast-paced environment of a startup company
Find innovative solutions to challenging problems
Diagnose and debug issues in production

Requirements:

5+ years of writing, releasing and maintaining high-quality native Android apps
Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java
Extensive knowledge of Android design principles and popular third-party libraries
Solid foundation of modern data structures, algorithms and software design
Solid experience building RESTful API’s focusing on integration with back-end services
Experience building consumer facing apps and have published apps in the market
Passion for building an elegant architecture
Experience with cloud messaging API’s, offline storage, background processing, threading, performance tuning, caching and performance optimization
Passionate about building fantastic mobile user experience

Advantages:

Senior Java Developer

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Java developer to join our R&D team for the design and development of our k8s microservices foundation framework for a big financial institution

Responsibilities:

Take a significant part in the design and development of our k8s microservices solution
Produce highly scalable, high-quality software in a fast-paced environment
Find innovative solutions to challenging problems
Mentor less experienced developers
Perform code reviews
Promote AWS based solutions
Diagnose and debug issues in production
Work closely with other dev teams, QA and product

Requirements:

5+ years of Java development experience
B.Sc. in computer sciences or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with AWS services
Experience working PostreSQL, MongoDB and Redis
Experience with data structures, parallelism, scalability and high availability
Experience with Microservices design patterns
Proficiency with object-oriented concepts & design patterns
Must have a passion for technology and quality
Experience with agile development life cycle
Strong analytical and communication skills

Advantages:

Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka / SQS / RabbitMQ

Requirements:

3+ years of experience developing software in production environments
Experience with Python
Experience with Javascript and frontend frameworks (React, Vue or Angular)
Experience with data structures, parallelism, scalability and high availability
Experience with SQL
Experience with Linux in a production environment
Experience with agile development life cycle
Strong analytical and communication skills
Must have a passion for technology and quality
